Another cold, snowy walk to the bus stop.....

I'm usually pretty good about the winter. I don't mind the snow and really the cold isn't so bad, but this week I decided I'm done with it. Ready to move on to spring. Ready for grass and sidewalk chalk, walks and chirping birds. If only it was so easy; wish upon a star and all that.

I was thinking that I needed to do a little something to pull myself out of the February Funk so next week will be devoted to Think Spring. Maybe if I will it it will come. Anyone want to play along? Just try to do a little something every day that makes you think happy spring thoughts and post about it.

We've already started on our way to Easter decorations. What is more spring-like than bunnies, baby chicks & eggs? Happy spring hunting!

I am with you. I am tired of this. A great expression of my ugh around February makes me love the song February by Dar Williams (you can hear it on Youtube). Great song!

I would love to play 'think Spring'...lol! I only wrote on my own blog today about the whacky weather here in OK, yesterday was 70 today was 26...so frustrating! I am tempted to brak out my sandals whatever the weather next week, oh so sick of snowboots.

Your blog is very cute, I will be back to read :-)

... so i'm not even going to comment on the weather here, because I think I might end up being disowned... and the same goes for what makes me think about spring... you might not want to hear about how walking around in tank top and looking at pretty flowers and going to the beach are things I've been doing to think of spring... sorry did I let that slip?

Hey, but really Auntie Mary, how could you possibly be dissing February when we haven't even reached the best part yet? 2-25-08 is a pretty important date, don't ya know? (actually nineteen's not all that important, but still)

I've been knitting and taking pictures! Say hi to the girls! Break out the old water colors and paint spring flowers from memories!
