I enjoy kneading bread
by hand.
Adding a few extra hands to the mix was nice and messy. Because as Maddie says "Baking means you get to make a mess."
Cinnamon Raisin bread found here. Yum.

mmm. I've been making the no-knead artisan bread lately, and though it is easy, I do miss the kneading sometimes.
